Service was horrible employees we very rude Especially in the back I could hear them arguing about my order when my order was... not correct and when I went to the the order station to ask or my correct order The lady at the front started arguing with me Ishowed my receipt and I could hear the girl in the back saying she was not going to make another burger? After showing myreceipt and getting the order it was so bad I ended up having to throw away my food they literally drown my small burger in somuch mayo I could not eat it? Look, I get it?s McDonalds so the expectation is already low, but I didn?t expect this to be so bad people walked away after... talking to the cashier because she was so rude. The manager just sat in his office and watched her. Food was awful, the patty inmy burger was literally part frozen, told the woman but she said she was too busy to fix it and I?d have to wait 20 mins?.saveyour mental and physical health and stop at the location two miles up. 10 times better, and I hope that woman doesn?t treat thewrong person like that one day. I saw that there was a long line and I didn't have much time, but jumped in it anyways and wow.. McDonald's had everybody... through that line in a matter of minutes and did it with a smile on their faces! My order was right and hot and I made it backto work on time! Thank you mcdonald's! Read more
We were in the drive thru. They asked us to wait a moment. We sat in the drive through and waited patiently for 15 minutes to 20... minutes. They literally closed and never took our order. At least have the courtesy to say we're closing and not taking any moreorders. The customer service left a whole lot to be desired. Read more
McDonalds is always average for me, unless the employees make it memorable there isn?t much too much hype about it, it?s is the... go to place when you want something fast, late night, or cheap. The food is sometimes not so great and it leaves you with afeeling of regret when your done. Still a good place to fall back to whenever you just need that quick bite, which is why itgets a Solid 3 stars. Read more
Trash outside was overflowing. One person was cleaning tables, but apparently she waited until they were all dirty to start.... Fries were lukewarm and tasted old. Staff is more interested in socializing than helping customers. I watched one lady leaveafter waiting in vain to be helped. We could hear staff talking and laughing in the back, but no one at the counter. No napkins,neither brought out with the food nor at the tables.
