This was not ice cream. This was soup, I tried to tell employee to spread it on on the cold slap to make it more like ice cream... as other locations do, I got a whatever. I would have walked out but my elderly mom would have gotten upset. Don't waste yourmoney better off with McD dollar cone. Read more

I will say that before closing to remodel I don't recall ever having a bad experience here. I've visited very frequently and it... was my go to ice cream spot in town. But since the remodel coming back, I have had nothing but terrible experiences. The firsttime was when I showed up back in July at 8 o'clock and all of the lights were off and the open sign was off. I told my husbandthat was weird because the door said they closed at 10. He open the door to find out they were in fact open, but we're justhoping that no one else would come for the rest of the night? Fast forward to this weekend we went in at seven, and had theworst experience with the employee. First, when taking my order the employee seemed completely uninterested in listening to me.He had headphone in. As he's making my order he grabs a waffle cone bowl after I had ordered a cone that you hold in your handand asks me how many scoops did I say that I wanted. I politely responded that I only wanted one scoop and I actually wanted itin one of those cones, and pointed to the cone. He turned around and looked at the many cones that were sitting there, mumbledsomething, and then continued to put the ice cream in the bowl. He had his headphones in his ear the entire time while servingme, so it's no wonder he couldn't hear me or maybe he just really could care less. They handed me and my husband our ice creamat the same time and they were both already a soup like consistency, my husband was melted so much already that it was comingout of the bowl dripping everywhere. It?s not that it took them forever to make the ice cream, the slab of marble must have notbeen frozen enough to keep the ice cream cold? It was just soup dripping from the bowl, Completely unacceptable and just reallyso disappointing when a business goes from being your complete favorite in the town to the absolute worst. The Ice Cream was good and the Gentleman at the counter was very kind and excellent customer service. What wasn't... great....every request from icecream flavors to the toppings, to the cones got a response of "We are out of that." My heart wentout to that guy. He had probably been there all day by himself trying to run everything cause no one wants to work. Read more

Absolutely unacceptable. Ordered a cake and paid $45 to pick up a cake for my husbands birthday four days in advance, received... confirmation email and payment only to show up to the store at the time scheduled for picked up to see the location is shut downfor remodel.
