Usually JJ's is a delight to visit. USUALLY. This one, not much. The staff doesn't care. It's more important for them to keep... people out of their dining room. And when you ask a question, the answer is ALWAYS - short staffed The sandwiches are okay, butnot the JJ's quality that I am used to. Half assery and that not at its best. I love JJ... but this place is terrible mostly due to service because of some of the staff. The manager Brittney is on a power... trip with her employees, I am surprised she has any this may be why they are so understaffed in the evenings. I will not bereturning to this location until they fix this. Sandwiches should not be this hard to get right. The owner says to leavecomments to the team but they never do anything. Had my order correct and on time for pickup. Clean and good workers.

For reference, I love Jimmy John's and their food gets a consistent 5-star rating. Counter service was closed when I went, only... drive through was available. I'm not usually a fan of drive through but I was in a rush and I know what I'm getting at JJ willbe enjoyable. From getting to the end of the line of cars to the ordering speaker took 6 minutes. I waited 17 minutes at thespeaker before I was asked for my order. Following that, it took me 7 minutes to get my sandwich. This is a total of 30 minutes.Not only is this not, "freaky fast," but it's not even fast food. I would avoid this particular restaurant and visit the nextclosest, 20 minutes away in either direction. Luckily, the food was excellent as always and my order was correct. Read more

First time ever today at JJ's and it's NOTHING but a TOTAL RIP-OFF! First of all, the vibe was weird as the workers would just... stare at you and not answer any questions for a first time customer. My husband's sandwich was so pathetic, a 2 day old Ham andSwiss Pita from 7-11 would've been better! For instance, their bread was not fresh and the amount of actual meat that's insideof a 10 dollar sandwich was laughable! My wrap had so much sauce on it, that my tortilla was soggy and dripping through 2wrappers! That sauce overload cancelled out ANY OTHER FLAVORS! The Wrap is wrapped to make it seem like it has a lot of stuff init, but when you unroll it, you can see that they folded the tortilla to take up a lot of space to make the ingredients lookabundant! JJ's has to resort to scamming folks and I don't want to get tricked again. Hey, their bathrooms were clean, so theyat least had that going on for them! All those times walking past Jimmy John's to go pick up my DOMINOS PIZZA, wondering howJJ's was ; well, at least my curiosity has ceased. Drivers take forever. My order took about a hour and I?m less than half a mile away. Not to mention the driver couldn?t... comprehend that he was at the back of the building not the front. Powerade taste like absolute garbage!! All the syrup was atthe bottom, idk how that happened. Definitely not pleased with how Jimmy johns has gone down in service quality, not just thisone time either. Sad to say but I think I?m done with JJ for awhile now. Read more

I left Wimberley and I wasn't that hungry, but by the time I got to San Marcos I was pretty hungry. Luckily, Jimmy John's in... just on the other side of IH 35 so I just stayed on 12 and drove just past Lowe's to Jimmy John's. The parking was easy and thepeople are friendly. They made the sandwich really fast and I was able to get a bit to eat and go finish my business. Read more
