They use Hickory to Smoke their meats. Them damn niece were really moist and glossy with moisture. I do like a stronger the... smoke flavor though. The coleslaw had a nice crisp fresh flavor. The fire crackercorn was surprisingly delicious unlike any cornI had before. Read more
WORST PLACE EVER! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not worth it to me. The older white man who claims to be the Manager/Owner talked... to me so disrespectfully when asked if we could split the check and gave me an attitude. The older white lady at the drive thruwindow was also very very rude and rushed me to get something I didn't want. When I came inside to speak to the manager who Ithought was still Allen who is wonderful by the way, he said he was the manager and owner. And proceeded to give me attitude andtalk to me disrespectfully yelling at me cussing at me and said I was banned from ever coming here again and he would remembermy face and so on and so on. Let me just say, I am a military veteran and to be treated that way is beyond belief to me. MYFAMILY AND I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Read more
The cobbler is to die for and so worth the drive. I live in Davila out by Granger Lake and I will definitely make the drive for... the cobbler and tea...the food is great all around but the cobbler got me hooked! And the tea is has my 100% approval and that'ssaying something coming from a true blue native Texan...so glad we decided to give this place a try on our way home! Read more
