Dirty tables with spills food items and crumbs and floors were dirty and sticky. The eating utensils wee gross because of the... location the items were in...sticky . The drink area was disgusting. Too many employees sitting around talking and if I hadnoticed this I would of turned around left. I ended up going outside and dodging crackles to eat. Read more
I told the guy preparing my food there was a hair on the white rice (the rice on the tray) He tried to pull the hair out of the... rice and then prepared my food and did nothing about the rice with a hair and keept serving it. The most disgusting thing. Thestaff lacks of simpahty and costumer service, borderline rude. I understand they must have been tired but, cleanliness and nothavig hair on the food is a pretty basic thing when running a restaurant. Read more
Worst customer service ever received at a restaurant! The service here made the service received from a McDonald?s, Wendy?s etc... feel like being served at a fine dining restaurant! After my experience and reading reviews sadly this looks to be the norm.Food that was available (as most options weren?t) was underwhelming and smaller portions (I?ve never left after eating a burritofrom a chipotle still hungry). I asked employee working the register if the managers info on the business card was correct andafter answering he laughed like it was a joke! About 5 minutes after the conversation I was getting one of my kids setup to eatand I heard him laughing and recounting the whole experience to another employee while standing at the register and less than 10feet away from me. I highly recommend if your in the mood for tacos or burritos go to Taco Bell just across the parking lot andsave yourself the experience with this horrible location! Read more
