Wow this manager is rude. I was allowed me to stand in the lobby for 14 minutes unattended. Never a hello, may i help you. ... Nothing. The gentleman in front of me was quite agitated about the service as well. I left. Won't be back. I recommend you eatelsewhere. Read more
Let's start from the top! Their burgers can be one of the BEST burgers you'll ever taste if they make it right the first time... around. There have been MANY times I've requested NO mayo, & when I get it, what do I find? You've guessed it, mayo... I don'tleave the premises without checking my burger. Fries are pretty tasty every time, but their sweet tea... The person who made itafter 5pm, on 08/17/22, should get a class in Texas sweet tea! Did you even try it after making it? When I got my tea, the icehad already melted, so it wasn't that cold. Then, it tasted like WATER, with a hint of tea, & I could have swore I orderedSWEET, but it was no where near that. My boyfriend went through the drive though between 7pm and 8 pm 8/13/2022. We received the wrong order and had to go back. They... didn?t put the cheese that he paid for on his burger. I tried to call the store but the phone is disconnected. Also there was noline for the drive through when this happened. Just employees being negligent. Read more
Worst service ever , went yesterday evening dining area closed no sign explaining it,. Go through the drive thru no other... customers at all took over 5 minutes to even be then to be your to good while they make other orders??? Mind you there were noother customers finally ordered 2 Texas double whoppers after over 10 minutes the they hand out to bags one with fries lukewarmat best the jalapeno bites were hollow dry and saturated in oil and the burgers were so sloppy you would think they were feedinghogs buns were wet? Consistently have order issues at this location. I believe the staff is trying and am not sure why there are so many problems.... Recently had to go back to the drive up window for a missing Bacon Whopper Melt. Got home and my Bacon Whopper melt didn't haveBacon, meat or cheeze. Tried to call but no answer. Read more
Got to drive thru ordered 2 whopper combos, 1 whopper jr combo, and 1 med oinion rings. The burgers were trash. No lettuce, no... mayo, no ketchup, and the patties were dry and cold. You can tell it was intentional. We drove 16 miles round trip for this.They dont answer the phone at the location and will be disputing this transaction with my credit card. Done with BK. Arrived shortly after 8 pm to find the door locked. Hours posted say the lobby is open until 10 pm. Met the eye of an employee... inside and they signaled there was no done in. No notice was posted to the door to alert us to this and door states it is toremain unlocked during business hours. This is well after the passing of COVID mandates and several restaurants have dine in ora sign posted if there is not. Burger King simply locks their doors. Read more
