Wasn't Impressed with this location. My wife and I went inside to eat yesterday around 3 p.m. for an early dinner and nearly... everything in the Dine in bar where the servers get your food from was empty or about to be. They had 2 sausages left. Potatosalad and beans both had about 1 scoop left. The fried chicken we ordered had been sitting. The brisket we ordered had too muchfat on it. Our meal for the two of us came to $35 and it was not worth it. We both enjoy Bill Millers when the food is servedfresh, but this was not it. The employees were nice and respectful though. Read more

I was excited to get the salad as I usually visit Bill Miller in San Antonio and was happy to see one by the outlets! However, ... my salad was very brown with wilted lettuce and it didn't taste fresh at all. The chicken in the salad had hard, dry pieces andit was also more of a half salad. If you haven't tried the crispy chicken sandwich. Go by Bill Miller's and get one. They are really good. The sweet tea is good.... I like mixing it with lemonade. Also try the pecan pie. Absolutely scrumptious!!! Read more
My husband and I came here on 12/6 and if I could have gave 0 I would have first I will say the customer Service was great 5... stars. And the hash browns. But my husbands ribs were old, they gave him so fresh ones, my chicken was dry?.. not seasoned andthe bought out some turkey which the outside was warm but when I bit into it was cold and of course I spit it out.
