Ordered my regular ice coffee today. I specifically asked for light (or little) cream. The cup look like I ordered milk. So I... softly asked the barista to add more coffee to it. She pour half of the cup out and most of my ice out and add in hot coffee, soI ended up with warm coffee. So disappointed, never get the same cup of coffee. And the attitude was not friendly at all. I just got coffee here a few mins ago and after being in the drive-through for a really long time (we were all curious what was... taking so long), a few baristas came out and walked over to everyone's car sitting in the drive-through with their hands full ofcoffee and said their system was broken and our drinks were on them as a thank you for waiting! I thought that was excellentcustomer service and a really sweet thing to do. Bless the team who works here for turning a minor inconvenience, into apositive experience. Great job, guys! Read more
Are you actually open at 5am? Two days in a row I have come very early in the morning (between 5-5:30), and myself and other... cars have been ignored in the drive thru. If you're not open, adjust the hours. If you are open, stop ignoring customers. Inoticed they had a sign up saying they closed early yesterday, but that they would return to regular business hours today. Whypost a sign saying you'll be open and then ignore customers??? Please note the inside area was locked so customers were forcedto go into the drive thru. Read more
