Normally I'm quite happy with this particular store but they seemed to be off a little bit this visit. Fairly long wait and no... sauces for my order or napkins etc. I understand it gets overwhelming, I actually worked for Jack when I first came to CA so Iempathize and I'm sure this is a one off experience I'd still give them 8 out 10 Read more

Closed at 3:00am, even though they are supposed to close at 3:00am, although they were still paying an employee to tell people... they were closed. Would be one star for the dishonesty and waste of time, but I've had better experiences at this location atother times. But you've gotta be able to do business when you say you're open, that should bare minimum of service. Read more

I was ignored for 5 minutes by the whole entire staff I was the only customer inside the restaurant too. Never was I told "we... will be right with you" also once my order was taken the female who was dressed as the Manager took my order and threw mychange on the counter and made me reach for it. She was wearing gloves so I know it wasn't to avoid contact because ahe hadgloves on. It was unprofessional to give me my change back like that. So for that you only get a 1 star rating Read more

So we went last night around 12:20 pm to get an iced coffee and a Oreo shake it takes like around 25 mins to make the order,... ended up at 12:51 only one cashier he takes forever to do prepare this and also it seems he doesn?t know how to do the icedcoffee didn?t even taste like caramel was tasting like regular iced coffee. I typically like Jack in the Box but this location has the absolute WORST drive thru service ever. Unfortunately I've been in... line at least 4 times in the past year, waiting 15 minutes or longer and the line doesn't move. Twice I pulled out of the lineand went to McDonald's. It should NEVER take more than eight minutes from completing your order, made fresh and in your hand. Ifso you have that car move forward and keep the line moving. I know this because I helped build the founders house back in theday. Jack would not be happy!! Management is sorely lacking and the service has been atrocious. Read more

Woman working the late Night Shift took my order while stuffing her face with chips the whole time. It Absolutely grossed me out... to think that she would be prepping my meal.
