I was in the area and went here for a brunch. The staff were not organized, they would list the names of people in their log for... there's about 25 to 30 mins wait. However as we waited inside, it seems there's some tables available but the personnel are notsynchronized and they would call names and if they won't show up right away they'd move to the next in line, thereby missingabout 2 people who have been on the list for more than 30 mins. We left since it's not very organized. I wonder if there's anoperation manager overseeing or none. Too bad. Read more
We like the patio siting but they tend to forget about us all the time! The only person that I really love there is the server... Michael, he is attentive quick and efficient! I give him a 5 star review, but the restaurant it self and the rest of the stafflack service. Read more
We were running a couple errands this morning so we thought we'd try IHOP. We found a great breakfast special and 2 of us ate... quite well. Michael took really good care of us, checking in multiple times to see how we were doing. Thanks Michael!! Read more
Really bad service!!! not very friendly. it was very dirty. we found a small hair on my kids plate. honestly we went there for... dinner we were told that kids eat free with adult purchase. we arrived @350pm and ordered from minions menu ! when we receivedour bill we were charged for the kids meal i asked why> and rudely she said because you ordered @ 350. what kind of service isthat! none . I will never go back! also I'm not sure if the manager was there but our server , the employee was eating in theback. something really wrong here. its was terrible!!!! i hope ihop franchise sees this and takes action// this was on aWednesday evening. I ordered strawberry banana French toast, 2 scrambled egg, 2 sausage links, and hash browns. Hubs had chicken and waffles.... French toast was mushy, sausage was cold, hashbrowns were not thoroughly cooked. The eggs weren't 2 scrambles eggs. It wasclearly liquid eggs. Hubs chicken was dark brown like it was fried in old oil. Good note: The server was very nice. If not forthat, definite 1 star. Read more
This was a good quick breakfast stop. Our server was Barbie she was nice, polite and efficient. We have the newcheeseburger... omelette and the new blueberry French toast. It was tasty however a little heavy with the mustard and ketchup on top. Hashbrowns around the inside and be advised there are pickles in there. The blueberries were super fresh firm and sweet.
