On Veterans Day November 11, 2022, they advertised a free pulled pork sandwich if you order online with a code 'freevet.' Their... website gives you the option to pick a time to pick up the sandwich. When I arrived to pick it up, the workers in the store saidthey cancelled my order. Another veteran was there who also had his order cancelled by the store staff. They cancelled theorders and said they tried to call people to tell them not to drive there but I no one answered. So basically if you were aveteran expecting a free sandwich from them, you waited time and gas. They lost a customer for life. Read more

Absolutely despicable! They are advertised all over 8 News channel as well as every Veteran?s Day restaurants promotion. They... advertise a free pulled pork sandwich on Veteran?s Day with promo code VETFREE. We were out in the area, both of us retiredveteran?s, and ordered one each online since they say they do pick up orders as well. We ordered the free sandwich at 11:29 witha pick up time of 12:15 and included a tip obviously because I?m not going to give them nothing. Went to pick up the order at12:15 and they stated we stopped doing this promo 15 minutes ago. First of all your advertisements are everywhere and it saysnothing about a time line like most other restaurants do. Secondly, that means you do the promo for what, one hour because youjust opened at 11 am and it?s now 12:15. Third, the order was placed at 11:29 so it still should be in the hour time line. Afterall this, we state how about our tip we already paid you and received nothing? They stated they will refund at some time.Listen here you overpriced BBQ place that has small portions, don?t advertise something you don?t plan on following throughwith. If you are a veteran or active duty I suggest you not support this false advertising company with your hard earned money.Needless to say, corporate was notified with no help, channel 8 news was notified of their false claim, we received no food, andthey still got our tips! Second time I?ve ever been to a dickies location, the staff was super chill and polite. I placed my order and sat down to eat.... Mid meal I had to use the restroom, the bathrooms are horribly nasty they look like they haven?t been cleaned in months andthat?s coming from a guy who?s in construction keep in mind. I go to wash my hands and soap wasn?t even available I was forcedto use hand sanitizer from the front counter. I go back to my table to finish my meal and noticed a cockroach crawling around onmy hat I flipped it off and it starts running up the walls in the restaurant (pics for reference I also have a video) I let thestaff know and they literally didn?t care the staff actually thought it was a joke. We received a buy one get one free promotion for a brisket sandwich that required an online order. We decided to take advantage... of the promotion and we ordered/paid for lunch and made the 15 minute drive to the store. When we went inside to pick up theorder the manager on duty said that they do not participate in promotions or rewards and offered to give us one of our twosandwiches but not both. He then opened the cash drawer and handed our money back to us?. I didn?t think to ask forreimbursement for our time and gas.. We used to come to this location frequently but something has changed lately and it seemsas though they are often out of many items and their prices have gone up significantly more than the other locations? Worst restaurant experience EVER. Rude cashier, I asked for manager, they told me he's never there! Was made faces at and told... to mind my own business WHEN A FAMILY PAID 2 UNKNOWN TAXES OF $6.50 EACH FOR A TO GO ORDER THEY PLACED THERE, and none of theemployees could explain why?!!!! Ordered a Frito Pie. Spicy bbq sauce and chips is all I got. I would rather go back to living on the streets and rummaging... through the trash of others then put that Frito Pie in my mouth again. No brisket chili or beans just brisket with spicybarbecue sauce and Frito chips. No chives no cheese nothing.
