I ordered the 3 day cleanse from Chef V and was greatly disappointed. I started by following the 2 day pre cleanse diet and was... super excited to start my first day of juice cleanse. The green drink is somewhat ok to consume in terms of flavor, but thesoups and protein shakes were un enjoyable, to put it nicely. I really thought these freshly made preparation where somewhat ofgood taste- coming from such a highly recommended chef... I just completed the three day cleanse and was very impressed with the overall cleanse package. The green juice is very... palatable and easy to drink and includes the pulp/fiber which needs stirring between sips but I liked it. It comes with acarrot soup for dinner that feels indulgent after juicing all day, and protein powder that was tasty. Overall I was impressedand the product feels legit in quality and purity. I have been a consumer of ChefV juices and cleanses for many years off and on and I cannot recommend them enough. Last year, in... an effort to get my health back on track after the curveball the pandemic, I started my weekly green drink deliveries back upand completed a few cleanses on top of my daily green drink. Additionally, I was spoiled to live near the West Coast locationand would occasionally pop in for a smoothie or one of the yummy juices available in the storefront (Beetox was a favorite). Over the course of 2021 I lost 40lbs. The main change to my routine was adding in ChefV and ensuring that even on my worst day Iknew I was doing at least that right for my body. After the holidays my address was in flux and I was bouncing around so I putmy regular deliveries on hold and eventually cancelled until I was more settled. I?m sad to say that a lot of the weight hascrept back on and I am just now coming back to ChefV to get back on track. There is some sort of magical thinking involved thatif you start your day on the right foot, with a healthy glass of greens, it is a lot easier to make good decisions and honestly,I am in a better mindset because my body has a better foundation for each day. I like to mixup the traditional green and thetropical and even if you aren?t ready for a cleanse, try starting with a glass of green drink everyday and see how you feel, I?mgoing to guess you feel better than you did without it. The pre cleanse guidance she includes is great - with acomprehensive list of eat this not that suggestions to help you ease your body into your cleanse. I felt satisfied andreplenished by the green drink and shakes throughout my cleanse. I craved the green drink so much after my cleanse I tried tomake it myself and realized that was not the move ???? Omg, I do not have enough words to express how much I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this wonderful juices. 3 month ago I was 158 pounds, now... only 144. I do not exercise (super busy), but I have weekly subscription and I start every day from delicious green juice. My 2year old son loves it too! My hubby did a cleanse with Chef V, and he lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks. Also it's very healthy. Theyuse only organic vegetables and fruits. I did the 3 day cleanse and experienced some really great benefits. I like the taste of the green drink and the design of the... cleanse. However, I can?t recommend any sort of delivery service. I ordered 4 weeks of juice after my 3 day cleanse and havehad a lot of problems with delivery and communication. I?ve only received 3 orders over the last 5 weeks. There is no notice ofa delivery or a schedule on my account online. I?ve called but have never spoken with anyone on the phone. Garrett has respondedto some of my emails but never really gives me any solid answers as to what happened to my deliveries or when I can expect thenext one. I honestly have no idea whether they will deliver on Mondays or not. Not reliable service at all. Read more
