Extremely slow service, waiting 5-10 minutes for someone to just come up to the window to take an order is ridiculous. This... place just gets worse and worse. The person taking my order this time would not remove a drink from the order even after Iasked several times, after she said she finally understood I didn?t want it, it still came out with the other drink so i wasprobably charged for a drink that I didn?t order. 4 of the last 5 times I have gone there have been messed up orders. Wow! Tasty Drink Selection! I got the iced pumpkin spice latte and it was Ace. ???? Wide variety of drink options. Either walk... up to the outside kiosk or drive through! Small bites and acai bowls are available too! Will definitely go again. Read more

I don?t care how good their coffee is their customer service is horrible. Mind you I just recently discovered Better buzz, yes... I?ve been having basic coffee before BB. First time to pick up my mobile order I wasn?t sure where to pick up. I ask the baristaand she looks at me all annoyed for having the audacity not to know. Second time was worst I did mobile again and did drivethrough. Well she asks how long I had placed the order, 10 minutes ago I reply. She states we don?t have it. She then looksagain and states ?your ticket didn?t print? doesn?t apologize, takes her sweet time making my drink and just hands it to me. Read more

Buzz Kill - this location is fairly close to us so we?ve given it about 5 tries hoping that it could be our go-to spot. Only... once has my drink been good and my wife is 0/5 trying different drinks. The most recent visit I got one of their blended buzzdrinks and it tasted like bland watered-down coffee with a bunch of ice slush. I took it back and they remade it and it was onlymarginally better. We?ll be going elsewhere in the future because it is a disappointment going out for something special andpaying almost $15 for two drinks that aren?t any good. Read more

A drive- thru and walk up coffee shop with specialty drinks and a mostly friendly staff. Just don't ever be in a rush as it's a... 15 minute wait or more on average and make sure you ask if your milk is right...these guys give me the wrong type of milk prettyregularly. Use to love this place ( a daily customer), but they are getting sloppy and today...something brown an chewy was inmy drink...absolutely disgusting...what is going on down there?! Read more

I almost everyday enjoyed a hot hazelnut divinity coffee with a chocolate croissant and their coffee was so good. However,... lately my coffee is not hot when I asked to be hot . I had to go back to get it hot as ordered and then they gave it to me notextra hot as ordered.and the worst happened the next day when I ordered my coffee and enjoying it ,?I felt a chunk of somethingin my mouth that came out from the coffee.
