BR lost a regular customer today. Ordered a birthday cake earlier in the week for my wife?s birthday. I went to pick it up at... the end of the day. Turns out it was never made. A telephone call earlier in the day informing me they couldn?t fulfill my paidorder would have been appropriate so I could find a birthday cake elsewhere. Read more
The ladies here were nice but it would?ve been good if they acknowledge every customer that comes in. I was after a family of... three who wanted to try every ice cream that they had. I heard two employees in the back talking. Granted they could?ve beentalking about work but somebody could have at least acknowledged me and told me that they would be right with me. Went in and the employees were eating, which is fine I get it but then the woman proceeded to scoop my ice scream with ungloved... hands after eating with her hands and sushi of all foods!!!! Employees seriously need to be retrained about food and healthhazards. Read more
Accessibility: lots of parking available, but no specific handicap parking. Also did not see a ramp to get onto the sidewalk... unfortunately. The parking lot is always pretty so be careful going through here. The door to enter the building is a singlepull door and it's a little bit heavy. Experience: going up to this place, one of the first things I noticed was the cute doorhandle! It's a big pink spoon! I have been to many Baskin-Robbins but this is the first one I have seen with this fun doorhandle! Absolutely love it. Coming inside, it is very empty inside. All the tables are pushed to the side and there are nochairs. There is a sign up that says no indoor dining (8-22-2021), but there are 3 tables outside the store, on the side of thestore, with chairs attached to the tables (you cannot move them). There were two people/women working today and they were superkind, greeting me the second I came in, answering all my questions and laughing and talking with me. Excellent customer service!These two people seemed like they enjoyed being there and it was really a pleasant experience inside! Customer service was excellent! The store uncared for and was very dirty not cleaned at all. Especially behind the counter. The... young lady was very kind friendly and welcoming. Going above and beyond her duties. Accommodating to customers and making surethey were well served. Read more
This ice cream location has one of the best ice creams available. However, the store doesn't seems to have enough cups for... shakes, and some ice cream flavors. Our recent visit wanted two large chocolate shakes, but they didn't have any large cups. On our previous visit they didn't have any chocolate ice cream. Read more
I have been to many Baskin Robbins stores across the country, however, this one is by far one of the best ones I've been to! The... staff was excellent, they greeted me with a warm welcome and a taste of anything I wanted. They were training a new employee, soit took them a tad bit longer with my order, but it was complete and everything tasted and looked good! I was impressed, so Icame back a few days later to order a cake. The Manager there, Chris, was so helpful and pleasant to deal with! And our cake wasbeautiful and tasted great. I recommend this store to anyone who wants great service and delicious Ice Cream. Read more
