The gentleman working the front had a bit of an attitude and the truffles for $28 for 12 are very disappointing. A few so far... have been grainy and just not as good as See's chocolate. I absolutely love Mama Ganache. It's a total icon in DT SLO. I moved away from the area sadly, but when I visit this is at the... top of my list to go to. Love the truffles, and I'm not normally a fan. Go for the weird ones guys, the flavors are phenomenal.Their chocolate chunks make for absolutely superior chocolate chip cookies. Just go here! Don?t debate - just go! I cannot even begin to describe how INSANELY delicious the sea salted caramels are from... here!! My uncle shipped them to me for my stocking, I told him he needs to make it an annual tradition. As for the truffles -you will also have to taste them to believe them! Highly Recommend! Arguably the best chocolate I've ever tasted. The simple and organic ingredients prove that less is more. I... have celiac and everything is innately gluten-free! They have so much dark chocolate and specialty truffles made without milkthat there's something for everyone. You would never believe that some of the creations are actually vegan (my friends had noidea!). Very pleasant place to have coffee and chocolate. A large number of customers come in and out, so it looks very popular. The... coffee here is not bad, but it is not amazing. The milk foam is a little bit more, and the power is slightly insufficient. Butthe weight is absolutely generous.
