This place gets an 8/5!!! Top notch Indian food prepared FRESH with organic and non-GMO ingredients? everything is made in house... including all the spices achar and chutneys.. they even make their own tomato paste for the dishes. Their care and passion forhealthy food is clearly tasted. I am vegan, and they prepare everything in high grade sunflower seed oil and have a LARGE MENUof VEGAN options!! Their main ingredient is LOVE! You can really taste it!!! I would recommend a dish, but we got so many andevery single one was phenomenal!!! Treat yourself and support this beautiful family business! Wow! Just mind blowing w flavor! Gonna say this is the best food in SLO period! The quality, pride and thoughtfulness shines in... each dish! Newly reopened and doing amazing things to bring healthy, flavorful options to our community! Top tier ingredientsand service is well worth the money and drive to SLO! As a vegetarian married to a meat eater it is a struggle to fine a placethat can accommodate us both and still be quality cuisine and this place gives that and more w it?s unique street food twist onclassic Indian cuisine! We ordered the Aloo Chat, Samosa Chat, lentil soup and 1/2 tandoori chicken. I was able to eateverything minus the chicken of course and never happens at a restaurant as a vegetarian we are often forgotten and given onlysalad options, well let me tell you we are starving and want a hot yummy meal too and this is exactly what I got here! They?regonna have the restaurant scene shook as soon as people realize SLO has some culture on the scene! We can?t wait to see whatthey have in store for us if this is only the beginning in their journey! Ridiculously flavorful food!! Had the wonderful Vegetable Samosa with an assortment of delicious sauces for an appetizer, left... me wanting more of them. The main course was Barah Kabab, umm wow!! Super tender with brilliant flavors and came to the tablesizzling. Then I tried my wife's Chicken Tikka Masala and it blew my mind on how amazing the curry was!!! Definitely what I'mordering next time. Authentic as it gets. The atmosphere was delightfully relaxing. The food is very good. The carrot based desert is the best I have ever tried in all Indian restaurants. Also very pleasure to... talk with the chief and learn the effort they made to prepare food and spices. The food does taste better with layers of flavorsfrom complex natural ingredients. Read more

Very small portions, entrees are size of a mini side dish. You pay so much for such small portions. I would be embarrassed to... service that to customers, we left hungry and spent over $60 for two People on food. Not even that good. Read more
