I always use mobile order which works out great and the food is good. The problem here is dealing with the extremely rude... employees that have zero customer service. They just drop your food on the counter and walk away. Eventhough Im the customer,I say thank you but they ignore me every single time and don't say anything to me. What also blew my mind, is that the rude guythat handed me my food, ripped the napkins as he pulled them out of the dispenser and just tossed them in my bag, so I hadshreds of napkins to try and clean with. This is a busy location and I get it that sometimes orders get backed up. However I don?t enjoy going to any fast food... establishment and standing in line just to have the staff avoid eye contact and not offer to take my order.
