Dear House of Bagels...I decided to stop and get a bagel on my way to work. It was about 10 am. I was 5th in line and an slow... old man took forever but that\'s okay. When I finally got up there were only 4 different kinds of bagels left. I thought thatwas weird because it was still pretty early and the line was long. I would of thought with all the online orders and in houseorders they could have had plenty to choose but I guess not. So I had to choose not my favorite bagel. I ordered 1 bageltoasted and smear on the side. That\'s all. My point is I was there for 25 minutes to get 1 bagel!!! God forbid I had morethan 1 and a complicated order. Was this normal morning? Food was really good but unfortunately the service was unenjoyable and took away from the food. There was no organization or... communication in the kitchen would lead to multiple people waiting 20+ minutes for bagels. The food was really great but I amhesitant to give it another shot due to the slow pace and attitude of the workers. It seemed like we were the inconvenience forwondering where our food was after long periods of time. Even after waiting very long our order of just two bagels was stillwrong as well. Read more

The bagels taste good and location is convenient. Have eaten here 5-6 times to give it a fair shot because my first 2... experiences were not great. Well I just did my last visit more than likely. They are consistently out of coffee or it is cold. Always out of 3-4 flavors of cream cheese. Service is as slow as any place I have been so if you go here give yourself 25-30min to get your Bagel. Clenliness is also poor. No manager or owner the times I have been there just not enough employees andthey are tired and beaten down. I give it 2 stars for the taste of the bagels. Taking their absolute sweet time with two bagels. 20+ minutes with a minimal line for an extremely simple order. Breakfast is... not the time to be slacking with three people behind the counter chit chatting. I walked in and the smell was on point. Currently waiting for my order. The menu is great, variety of options for everyone.... Although I want to suggest some gf/keto options, as well as other selections besides lox and sausage. They are so busy I gothere just in time, currently a line out the door.
