The food is delicious. Maybe not how my family makes but still very good. I tried the ceviche for the first time here and the... bowl portion to go could feed 2 people. The ceviche was ok, had been better. My only negative is that I asked for shrimp cevicheand when I got home it was fish, no shrimp. And chips and salsa are extra for to go orders. Read more
Didn't go to Efren's I go to Sparks yoga! Went to Efren's once and didn't like the food it' was greasy and didn't like the... taste. It's how they cook in old Mexico and not how I like Mexican cooking being a 71 year old Mexican who eaten Mexican foodall my life.and never tasted anything so bad! Never going back again! Delicious and consistent Mexican food. Both this location and in Oceano the food always hits that magic spot the leaves you full... and happy. My favorites here are the tacos (on tuesdays) and recently the Huevos Rancheros. Also enjoy the nachos and tacosalad. Read more
Convenient location, fast service, and pretty decent Mexican food too. Likely one of the best Micheladas that I have ever had a... a restaurant... I personally make the best in the world! They have had an issue with cold food going out and slightly less thanideal communications at the register, but most of the time they are on point. Read more

Went on taco Tuesday and each hard taco had 1-2 pieces of meat. Basically an empty hard shell. Not sure if it's like this all... the time or just got unlucky. Overall the flavor, cleanliness and quality of this place is really good. Read more
