Today I was a victim to the worst customer service experience I?ve had at a Carl?s JR ever. Whoever is the woman who worked... today 8/24 at 8:30a.m. should be fired. I would rate this place a - stars .. I gave it 3 times a chance and third one is the sharm ... on those three visits I went. As... it shows on menue on line you belive they will have what they promote ...Nope every time I went to try something other then aburger ..hmm nope we don't have that ..thats their reply and still I asked for a different item and nope just burgers and stillyou can hear them getting upset ...noo only in the morning and it was around 10am . So second visit asked for nachos and Nooonly in the morning ...and third visit ...I'll take a big cheese burger ...there reply ..Angus burger no cheese burger....okgot home ..lol Angus burger .. I payed for a cheese burger but I guess they had that Angus one extra .and cold ...so someoneshould give attention to that place and make sure the meals are up to date ..that makes me drive little further to get betterservice and what we're all want ...bad place and upset employees.. We decided to take our kids to Carl's Jr instead of McDonald's last night and we where so disappointed, their playground was... nasty dirty with trash all over the floor and sticky from soda spills. We ordered 2 Santa Fe chicken sandwiches one was ok butthe other one the patty was dark and stiff and tasted like it sat for a while in their warmer. Read more
