This restaurant has crepes on it's menu it includes vegetables, seafood, chicken and dessert crepes. I ordered the seafood crepe... which had small shrimp and crab meat with cheese. Unfortunately I was disappointed that the crepe had no flavor, no seasoning.It came with pieces of fresh fruit which was pineapple and orange slices. I would marry their pesto sauce if I could. Wow, the chicken apple sausage crepe was delicious! At first glance, I didn't think... the fillings looked proportionate to the size of the crepe, but if you eat from the corner point of the crepe -- outwards,you'll be satisfied. They could spread the ingredients out a little towards the edges, if they wanted to improve ever soslightly, but again, it worked out. I ate here during breakfast time, so I got a side of fruit but you can also choose fromgreek salad, steamed vegetables, or pasta salad. The hot matcha tea latte with oat milk was fabulous! Even dare I say, one ofthe best I've had. A lot of others in Frodo Joe's had frozen drinks and dessert crepes with ice cream. They looked really good.As a first-timer, I was a little confused about the process - they don't give out table numbers when you order, so I wasn't sureif they would bring my meal out to me or if we were just supposed to listen for someone to yell our order out loud. Ultimately,someone brought my food to the table and I had to check on my drink at the register because I think they call those out and youneed to pay attention to pick it up from the counter. Decent amount of parking and cute shop, with a little library area full ofchildren's books (picture and chapter book options), as well as books for adults (though the selection wasn't appealing). Itseemed like something sketchy was going on in the parking lot because people were looking out the window a lot and talking aboutthe "cameras". But it seemed like a safe enough area. We stopped here for brunch after attending a graduation ceremony. Ordered a sweet crepe (chocolate banana), a savory crepe (the... veggie pesto), smoked tuna sandwich, mocha and a strawberry smoothie. Everything was fantastic. We always love the food here. Read more
Ice cream was scooped out before the crepes started to be made. The ice cream at least hang out there for 6 min when handed to... me. The hot crepe lay on the ice cream make the ice cream melt even more. And finally, the crepe itself is thick and no crispycrust. I absolutely love this place. Today was my first time going but they greeted every person who came in by name. They have... everything you could want in a coffee shop as far as food goes — dessert and savory crepes, all kinds of teas including boba,matcha, coffees, vegetarian options, breakfast foods, smoothies, sandwiches. This place is very quaint and the workers are verykind. It’s also much less pricey than other coffee joints. Highly recommend. Read more
