10/31/2022 12:14pm I go through the dive thru to order a Toasted vanilla oatmilk espresso shaken for a coworker. I returned with... her FAVORITE drink she tells me it was not maked correctly IT dont taste correctly, I call the Bay Fair Starbucks. I call thestore and spoke to a RUDE individual named Elizabeth, I attempted to let her know what happen and got a Bad Attitude responseas if it was my fault, I ordered wrong and just a rude overall tone of voice over the phone. They are the most unprofessional location I've ever been to. They open late and close early every time I have been there, up to... closing at 4pm when their hours say they should close at 9pm, or opening past 6-7am when they should be open at 5am, despitehaving at least 6-8 staff behind the counter. Drive through hours are barely better, but the wait time is ridiculously long, upto 45mins sometimes. Read more
Simply amazing. I was about to take a picture of my impossible sandwich , delicious btw, but i ate it. So i paid other people... to shrink down and take pictures of the food inside of me... i'm now banned from google reviews, for two weeks. Shocker i know. That's why I should have woke up and smelled the coffee. The frappacino verde venti is amazing. It's actually a matcha greentea latte, but market wants more people of color. Seattle is the founding place of Starbucks and many protests happenedthere. And that's why in black panther 2 should have a starbucks in wakanda and whereever namor lives under the sea, I didn?tread the comics. Endgame demanded starbucks be in wakanda. Service was prompt and food was good, however we could not order a head on the app. That makes things harder for people who are... blind. We can order ahead and get what we need without figuring it out at the counter and taking time. Also, at about 1:00, theyclosed the cafe and would only take drive-thrus. Good thing we were finishing up! This was, apparently, due to short staffing. Idon't know what the problem with ordering a head was, but it was on the app side, it seemed. Don't know if this is permanent ornot. My friends, who are regular customers multiple times a week, say that there have been changes in what's available. Some ofthe goodies to which they have become accustomed are no longer available. Boo, hiss, with tons sticking out! Phoning is notpossible, so using one's favorite search engine and crowdsourcing data will be very important in these times. Holidays arecoming, things will get better. Read more
