I used to love RT pizza. But this place consistently screws up orders. Tonight they gave us a completely wrong pizza that was... from someone else’s order (inedible for those here that ordered) and refused to correct the order because it was “toolate.” (Seems like if you mix up orders, that’s on you to fix, but not here) it was a BATTLE to get a refund for the pizzawe were given but couldn’t eat, and they refused to replace.
