Disgusting... Pizza nasty. My dog usually eats everything he ate a sausage and spit it out and went to eat his own food.. Omg..... And onions tasted bitter like they been sitting in water (sauerkraut) Bottom of crust tasted lemony/bitter taste Like somethingon the pizza peel when they place/remove pizzas. I want to say thank you for hiring Andres he went out his way to help me use my digital gift card. I had a bad experience at one... of the Oakland locations well two because I received the gift card because the east Oakland location was not so good and sold meburnt food so I received this gift card tried to use it at the Harrison location and the staff didn't want to honor it and toldme they don't have the scanner when I seen the scanner with my own eye's. So Andres called his manager to figure it out verypatient young man. He could of lied to me just like the Harrison location near downtown Oakland. If I had extra money on me Iwould have tipped him. Man ohhh man! What a great pizza! I always order the all meat, with tomatoes, thin crust, light red sauce, light cheese and well... done. This Mountain Mikes nails it every-time! They are always so kind when they answer the phone and you can tell have a smileon their face. I love when I find good humans like this and BONUS! Great pizza too. As a customer If I could give this location a lower rating I would. We were treated poorly by the lady who shall not be named... and was given a pizza that would have sent my wife to the hospital. We told her multiple times we received the wrong order andwas treated like we made the mistake. My lady is deathly allergic to seafood and would never have intentionally placeanchovies on her pizza. Customer service goes a long way and I hate to say there was not a scrap of it here. Be careful causethis may happen to you. This was my first time in a Mountain Mikes. I hope this experience is not a trend as it was just terrible. I was there for a... lunch and the pizza buffet was empty, salad bar was empty. Once they finally brought some out it was so greasy and soggy I couldnot eat it. The restroom had to be the filthiest dirtiest restroom I have ever seen. Read more
Garbage. Don't try it. You'd think a franchise would have some basic formula for making decent pizza. You would be very... wrong. Undercooked dough, expired veggies, and meats that are about 50% gristle. It's like they are mandated to put outterrible food or something. Inedible.
