I just went through the drive thru and there?s a sign that there out of ham I ordered a breakfast jack with sausage and had to... pay 40cents extra cuz it?s not ham when there the ones that ran out !!! What an awesome young lady I had at the drive thru window last night between 7-730pm. Great customer service! I kind of chuckled... when she was very polite and professional. Though the Double Bonus Jack was hot (surprisingly because all the other burgers are lukewarm and couldn't melt the cheese. )... but the lettuce was wilted and french fries were cold, and the coke tasted watered down. I get tired of going back after I gethome( I live very close) and using more gas to get it right. But the problem seems to never get fixed no matter how manydifferent managers I complain to. Jimmy and his team do a wonderful job serving up some really good food. Great location good atmosphere a must is the biscuits... and gravy....be hungry. It is a bit of a drive for us but we'll worth it Highly recommend it. Try the huge bloody Mary's A mealin itself. Read more
This place is absolutley horrible! Everytime the food is cold! Maybe if they werent so focused on talking and making the girls... giggle they would learn how to to cook right. They dont show any acklowegement that your even there i have 1 hour for lunch ittook him 10 mins they even he takes a drive thru order and then proceeds to flirt wirh the girls. i LEFT! And spent my money atmcdonalds at least the food is hot there. Im never wastimg my money here again! Read more
Didn't have onions to put in my cheez burger. Staff are stubborn with customers. Edit 2022:- Large size fries was given half... the proper amount/half-full. See pics. Paid for EXRA onions, but actual sandwich barely hand ANY onions. Poor sandwich worsethan Burger King. ? Read more
