One hour and thirty four minutes... My order was placed at 8:18 with an estimated delivery time of 33-43 minutes. At 9:18, I... called the restaurant to inquire about if/when I would receive my order. I waited on hold for 12 minutes and even called fromanother phone and held for 5 minutes. Both calls were disconnected simultaneously without speaking to an employee. I calledright back and spoke to Sei, who said that my order would be delivered in the next 15 minutes. My order arrived 20 minuteslater. The order was correct but geez, I?ll have to remember to order for pickup next time. Read more
The cheeseburger pizza was hot and tasty. The store I ordered it from was friendly and went above what was asked of them. Today... is Friday, 02/12/2021, the girl that made my pizza was polite and helpful. She deserves 5 stars, she went beyond what anycustomer expected from a pick up order. Great pizza!! Ordered online and paid through PayPal. Ordered Large (14") Brooklyn Pizza (thinner crust) with mushrooms,... pepperoni, and sausage. Tomato sauce was delicious. Wife liked it too. Great deal! Read more
