This was honestly the grossest chicken I have ever had in my 50 years on this planet. I love KFC it?s my favorite chicken... however this San Juan Store obtains the individuals that obviously do not follow the KFC guidelines pertaining to foodpreparation as well as customer service and simple knowledge of their menu and current prices.. Driving south heading for San Diego. Decided to get the family a quick bit to eat. My 4 year old badly needed to use the... restaurant. I asked the employee if the bathroom was truly out of order. He looks at my kid doing the potty dance and said no,it not working. So I take him elsewhere..we then come back to pick up our food and eat. Thats when we see the same employeeleave th e restroom. I highly doubt they went in there to only wash their hands. Just awful that paying customers let alone achild can't use the restroom. Never stopping by here again Read more
I do go to different restaurants a lot and this was the worst food I have ever tasted after being here in the states for over a... year now! The fries were super oily and salty. I usually never do reviews but this is time to do 1. I WI was in the San Juan Capistrano Kentucky Fried Chicken fried chicken... fried chicken and ordered my usual popcorn chicken. Much to my dismay I got home and found that the Box was filled with lessthan dime size nuggets. I spoke with the manager and she told me you get what you get you get. It with no compensation to anunhappy customer. I will contact corporate regarding their quality control in their stores and customer satisfaction. Read more
Employees are badly trained and don't seem to care much. Expect to spend half an hour here to get your food. The only bathroom... was completely closed. Not recommended at all, head to a different kfc this one has all sorts of problems Read more
