Always on time always courteous always fast pizza is outstanding can?t say enough things about this dominoes

Apparently this place allows their employees to use the phone to call customers and harass them. Received a phone call at... 10:41PM tonight with a woman on the other end claiming that I had been talking to her man??? She asked me if I met him ontinder, and when I said I don?t have tinder, she told me ?don?t play dumb?. Luckily for me. I decided to google the number Ireceived the call from. I want this resolved. It?s not funny or cute. It?s childish. Idk if this has happened to anyone else buthopefully this puts a stop to it. Read more

3 separate orders 3 separate issues 1st was burnt food 2nd missing items was told to come back before a certain time and show... up 20 minutes before they said they closed and already closed and employees already gone 3rd pizza was almost raw no responsefrom actual place so reach out to corporate they state they passed it on to someone who should be contacting me to resolveissues 2 weeks no contact. The employees had No idea on the how the Domino's App worked. The app promised discounts !! They couldn't figure it out or call... anyone who knew how to fix it. Terrible customer service !!! Read more

SO, the wife is out with friends and me and the pup where settling in for a movie and decided to order some pizza, got online... and went to dominoes, ordered a nice ground beef and jalapeño pizza, an order of hot wings and a soda.... paid andwaited. Food arrived and the driver drove away as per the contactless guidelines, i stepped outside and pulled in my grub onlyto find that the pizza they sent me was a cheese only pizza, bummer- but no worries ill call in and they can ship me areplacement with the correct toppings and have their plain cheese pizza back, Right? WRONG..... Had the unusually terribleexperience of speaking to the "General Manager" See Photo... She started the conversation by saying, "so you ordered the wrongpizza and now want toppings?" Lovely way to kick off the conversation, followed by a cadenced script of "its not our job at thelocal level to solve your problem, please contact corporate", It was bizarre at best, would corporate rectify my dinner? I thinknot. At any rate... I requested the owners info, Email or other means of contact. I assumed the owner of a dominoes would havea business email, Right? WRONG AGAIN.. this "general Manager" turns out is a family member of the owner and point blank wasn'tinterested in helping me voice my concern, for the error in order, the gross error in customer service, and the rectification ofmy meal. Don't order from here, really don't order dominoes, but if ya do don't go here. It's a sham of a family business,where you cant get help, and wont get answers. This place is on it! Our pickup order was completed so fast. The app is incredibly user-friendly. I have to say, the pizza is... really good. I love the little grains of salt or whatever that is on the crust. The Buffalo wings are quite good too, if youneed some protein. Pick-up deals are stellar on weekdays. Read more
