We always have a positive experience at Chick-fil-A. The staff at this store is amazing! In this day and age of people not... wanting to work, staff goes out of their way to give great customer service. This is a drive thru, mobile order, or outsidedining only. You need to get a code to use the restroom. Our order was delivered, personally, by a staff member. The outsidepatio was clean so we were able to sit immediately without us having to wipe down tables. This is always a great stop for us. Read more
Ordered my food to pick up at the restaurant. When I got there the app confirmed my order and said it would be out soon. 3... people ordered food at the windows and got their food and no food for me. When I went up to the window to ask about my food theysaid ?oh? here?s your food. Everything was cold and a bad eating experience. They could have done so much better. Read more
Saturday 09/17/2022 at 8:20 AM I went through the Drive Thru and ordered 5 things. 3/5 things were completely wrong and I had to... correct 2 of them in line, and caught the last thing and had to go the walk up window. I?ve heard this location gets everythingwrong and darn if they didn?t do me dirty today. What an aggravation when I was in a hurry. I ordered a sausage egg and cheeseBISCUIT, they gave me a muffin. I ordered a large sprite no ice, they gave me extra ice. I asked for 2 hasbrowns, they gave me1. The only thing they got right was the chicken minis. Won?t be coming back to this location. Read more
I have been to this location several time. The quality of food is excellent as expected just like any other Chick-fil-A. Staff... are friendly and the over all experience has been great with every visit. However, I feel like they can improve theirdrive-through system. They have 2 lines which merge into 1 line after you place your order with one of several employees walkingaround with their hand-held devices, but depending on which lane you get into, you may not be able to place the order withrespect to when you arrived in the line. Several times I got into a lane with less cars and surprisingly, the other line movedfaster and other cars arriving several minutes after I was already there were served before me. I found it frustrating a bit andI did mention it a few times to the employees , but I am not sure if my comment was ever escalated. Over all the store is greatwith great service and great food, just the drive-through system sometimes is a bit unfair! Read more
Such a unique Chick-fil-A experience, it is rare to find a unique version of this franchise. I can not think of another location... that I have visited with outdoor dinning. Much less a walk-up exterior facing service counter. Read more
Very nice and clean restaurant. The traffic is no longer heavy with long lines since the remodel. Two lanes that keep the... traffic moving. The waffle fries are usually hot with or without salt. Read more
