I'm a little disappointed on my last visit on Friday night, the popcorn chicken we ordered was tasted old and soaked in oil.... Very bad quality like it was some extra that they fried from previous batch and sitting there until the next order come in andthey heat it backup with the oven. The chicken freshness was zero star. Each visit is more like hit or miss, i hope they canimprove the way they make their chicken fresh, customer doesn't deserve to eat left over chicken from your oven, they need freshfried chicken. Overall, hotpot still taste the same except the chicken. Read more

I Absolutely enjoy eating Hotpots! This place is so perfect for me because they also offer my favorite Milk teas and Bobas, all... in one spot! We came here 4 the first time and we are totally happy that we came across this Yummi Hotpot & Tea! Our Spicy Lamband Seafood Mongolian with Ramen was definitely delicious and flavorful!???? Butterfly Milk Tea Boba was delightful! I willdefinitely be coming back to try a different Boba drinks and another kind of flavor of Hotpot here! Read more

Had lunch here Sat before noon and it wasn't busy. The no longer do the combos, but Original Mongolian hot pot w/ beef + glass... noodles on the side was solid. Do get the garlic soy sauce by the counter for some extra taste. Good service + chillambience--they were playing Dua Lipa ???? Will return to try drinks/snacks. Read more

Call-in or be in-person for a cheaper order. Online orders are marked up a bit, but it's a good reference for menu items. Very... interesting popcorn chicken! It is crunchy, flaky, and fragrant. One of the most unique popcorn chickens I had in the bay. Ilike mine flavored, so I powdered mine with a bit of spice, otherwise it will come plain. Will come again for the chicken! Read more

I love hot pot and I recently went to @YummiTeaCafe by my house. I got the original Mongolian, Napa cabbage, corn, tomatoes,... pumpkin, soft tofu, tofu skin, fish ball, fish tofu, enoki mushroom, king oyster mushroom, fish tempura, squid and clams.Everything fresh was fresh and delicious. The broth was a little bland for me, so I got some sauce from the station to add somekick to it. I really like the green chiles garlic soy sauce. For my drink, I got the Blue butterfly green milk tea, which hasblack pearls, butterfly pea flower, jasmine green tea and non-dairy creamer. It?s so cool how the tea color will change when youflip upside down. It was really tasty also, which I really liked. I am not a big fan of milk tea but this was actually reallygood. Check them out if you are near North side San Jose. ????Yummi hotpot and tea - Morril Ave., San Jose, CA. Read more

The Food Yummi Cafe have an interesting selection of hot pot, milk tea, and snacks. I ordered their Spicy Mongolian with Level 3... Hot. It was quite spicy and flavorful, but I feel it lacks a bit of ingredients when compared to other hot pot places. I did notget a chance to try their milk tea or their snacks. But you can get those separately or as a combination with the hot pot. TheMiscellaneous The cafe is decent sized, with a good amount of seating to handle large parties. The service can slow down a bitwhen there's a full house, but they're sincere and quick to respond. Their menu is pretty straightforward, hot pot, milk tea, orsnacks, or combination. They are price around the same as other similar hot pot places. Though their hot pot can improve, Iwould like to return to try their milk tea and snacks. Read more

We arrived at around 2pm to dine, and the last lunch customers were just finishing up, so it was fairly quiet. The service was... good, and the server was able to point to the right bubble tea as one of us is lactose intolerant. For a light appetite, justone order of the A, B, C combo should suffice. We chose the mongolian soup with beef. I have an extremely high spice tolerance, but the medium spice level sufficed for me. You can taste the different spices that were included... garlic, cumin, bayleaf, star anise, chilies, etc. Fair amount of thinly-sliced beef was provided, but make sure you turn it over to ensure propercooking as the pot isn't going to boil the heck out of the pot. It should only take several minutes, and the combustible jellythey use for table-top cooking lasts about 10-15 minutes. We also got the fried yams, and they were pretty good too. You canpair them with some dipping sauces found at the cash register. Read more

Popcorn chicken, chicken wings & mushroom are the best I have ever tasted in California. I love their Mongolian soup base, high... quality! The drinks we ordered were #5 (30% sugar), #7 (30% sugar) & #9. The sweetness is exactly what we wanted! We always comeback whenever we are in town!! Read more
