If I could give 0 stars I would! I usually order lunch for my staff from this place, usually 6 to 8 orders. I usually order... online to pick up around lunch time. This time they were missing one order of wings, last time they were missing a side to oneorder. They always miss something! (they've missed an item three consecutive times i've ordered) it creates an inconvenience togo back to pick up an item they forgot! I spoke to Evelia, who gave me an option of refunding the order or to drive back andpick it up. I've worked in retail for a very long time, as a customer this is by far they worst experience. They did not offeranything for my inconvenience, I had to ask, and when I did she said "I'll make your 8 piece meal a 10 piece" wow what a joke! I love these guys Wings, the only reason why they got a Shady review is because I ordered them on doordash and they canceled... their order to make an extra couple bucks on a late night delivery. The cashier took our order before 4 other people and we were the last to get our order. They gave our order to the wrong people... and then we had to wait even longer for our food and they ended up getting our order wrong but at that point I didnt careanymore. The food was very oily like the little tray had a pool of it. The restrooms weren't stocked with toilet paper or papertowels. Read more
