The worst experience so far... had to wait for 30 mi s in drive thru to pick up my doordash order... their main door was closed... at 5pm and had to pick up my order from drive thru... people have to wait for almost 10 mins to place their order.... pathetic Read more

Took 15 mins just to get through the drive through, food was cold and my burger was missing ingredients. Dont go here, total... trash. Employees are rude as well. Read more

They are not really open until 12am. Been out here for like 10 mins in the drive through and even after rolling up to the... window they straight up ignored me. It?s 11:40p, I get it, it?s late, they want to go home. But it?s one of the few places Ican go to this late when my pregnant wife is finally hungry after a long day of being sick. We haven't been to Wendy's in 6 years so decided we'd give it a try. We won't be back. We ordered the Big Bacon Classic, which... used to be a signature of Wendy's. We got a small burger which was missing half the toppings, on a dried bun (not the signatureKaiser they used to use). The medium fry cups had more air in them than fries. Drive through service was very slow. Everything came out barely warm after the long wait. We will take Habit or Five Guys any day over Wendy's. Read more

My rating is 1/2 due to my personal experience and 1/2 due to observing the treatment of an employee by other employees. First,... it?s typical to wait a bit at lunch - no big deal. But, after watching others leave the line and being told I could just orderusing the kiosk, it was clear I wouldn?t be ordering anytime soon. I attempted the kiosk, but the usability is poor and lackssome modification options to menu items. Second, the woman at the register was being poorly treated and unsupported by theircoworkers. By that I mean, they were completely unable to access/login to the POS (reason unknown), but I watched them a numberof times, request help. So, as a result, she was unable to take the orders of customers in line. You could see her frustrationof not being able to help us plus not getting the proper support by the staff. I?m not sure what was happening but the shiftmanager should have been prioritizing this person. Not just because they are a team member and struggling, but because it wasdirectly affecting customers in wanting to order. We ultimately walked out and drove to the other location on Bascom (acrossfrom the hospital). Read more

In a hurry so I went through the drive-thru, order two chicken wraps and a large chili, clerk only gave me one chicken wrap and... a small chili and then he didn't give me a receipt. When you get up to the microphone to order it partially blocks the side ofthe menu, conveniently hiding the lower-priced items. After waiting in line for a very long time and getting the order totallymixed up and wrong I decided out of sheer curiosity, to go inside, only to find a filthy filthy filthy interior. The floorswere dirty, the tables were dirty, the bathrooms were horrific, this place is run down, broken and has so much deferredmaintenance. What an awful experience, never coming back to this location and with highly recommend nobody else does either...Be careful here. Check out these pictures... Read more
