We tried out the Sunday special for the first time and all food we ordered turned out to be exceptional. What we really liked... was the fact that nothing was too spicy or salty so my daughter was able to taste and enjoy everything. Special mention forPuliyodharai, peerkanga kootu, keerai and out of the world Masala buttermilk. We were also blown away the personalization on thedesert. Great job guys, keep it going and good luck! We are a comedy club based in the Bay Area and we placed catering orders couple of times from Well Bowlls. Once for a live show... and the other time for our team get together. The food was excellent and was ready on time. They even helped us plan our menuand walked us through the various options for us to pick and choose from. The flavors, choices of food were unique and notsomething you'd get at a regular restaurant. They are even ready to customize your order based on your requirements. Well Bowllsis more than just restaurant or food kitchen. It definitely feels like the food is coming from your kitchen. Typically largeorders are messed up, delayed or at least a couple of items on the order might not be good but at Well Bowlls, every single itemwas perfect and was ready on time. The kids and adults lined up for multiple servings. We are definitely going back to WellBowlls for our catering orders in the future. Read more
I am a regular customer @ Well Bowlls. The food offering is beyond delicious, but so differentiated in its offering, I am in awe... of how Rukmani created this unique offering. Their weekly keto and GF meal packs are a delight for vegetarians as myself thatwant to avoid gluten where possible. Beyond the amazing weekly menu, I also highly recommend their sunday menu of indianhome-style dishes. I cannot believe Rukmani is yet to repeat any of the items till date. I think I've been ordering pretty muchevery week except a few that I missed. She clearly researches deep regional offerings that are so hard to get in the US. Thatfact that I feel "how boring" it must be for Rukmani to get the same message from us each week raving about how sumptuous heroffering is, I decided to write this review, so everyone knows how unique Well Bowls is! Tried the South Indian thali today and spot on!!! The food is genuinely authentic and extremely flavorful. Two orders of the... thali served the three of us and there is still some left. Truly appreciate the chef?s effort in creating the home-feel. Everydish speaks for itself and I am bowled by the freshness and the flavors in each one of them. My husband who hates thogaiyal witha passion, finished of his and mine (almost) enjoying every spoonful of it. Keep up the great work and looking forward to trymany more creations from your kitchen. We love Well Bowlls. Their Sunday special meals are amazing. There is an amazing story behind every dish and these are dishes... that you don't get anywhere else in the Bay Area. Such unique, authentic and homemade taste to every single item. We orderedtheir Sunday special south Indian meals and every single item was out of the world. We catered food from Theera foods for our Diwali celebration . The staff were exceptional, came home and did the setup and took... care of everything. Rukmani takes personal interest in making sure everything is perfect & tasty. Her suggestions for the menuwere a big hit with my friends . Creative, tasty, healthy and best of all YUMMY.
