They messed up a dish, when I called and gave feedback, I was told the next dish will be on them. I went after a couple of weeks... and they denied anything happened as I forgot who I spoke with. Very bad customer service. I paid and told them, this will be mylast time and apparently they were fine with it. Zero customer service, better to avoid such a place. Read more
Great Lil place. Can't wait till Covid is over to try the margaritas. Im not a fan of to go drinks in plastic cups so haven't... tried them yet. Delicious crunchy taco salad! I tried one crunchy chicken taco and they were pretty good too. Friendly nicestaff working at this location on blossom hill. We will be back!???? Customer Service Sucks! No acknowledgement. 3 employees ignored us and kept talking. After they were done with their... conversation, one employees went to the back, one finally took our order, and the other proceeded to make our order. When ourorder was done, he called number 20 and my husband asked you said 22, right? He stared at my husband and walked away. They needto be written up. Get better employees who want to work instead of these guys. Read more
I had a shrimp taco and a side of rice. The taco had pineapple salsa and I wasn't sure how I would feel about it but it was... amazing and I would definitely order again. The rice was delicious and I would order that again too. The place was clean,cashier was patient with me as I decided what to order (no one was behind me waiting). I have only been there once or twicebefore a long time ago but I'll be back soon for sure. Read more

Great food every time I eat here, and the horchatas delicious. What I wish Una Mas would do is have pictures of their popular... food items, or have a hand-held menu so that I can point to what items I want, instead of only using verbal communication. Ilove and honor all languages and peoples especially in Bay Area CA, but I did spend a lot of time trying to say, in English, tothe cashier whose main language is beautiful Spanish, what I wanted and how I wanted it (an adult sized quesadilla and a kid'snachos/beans/rice plate, sour cream, no salsa anywhere). OR if they created a monterey quesadilla plate combo with chips ncheese + beans/rice plate, then I can point to the item and pay in half the time it took me to order last night, with a line of12 people behind me tapping their foots. I see many pho, ramen, and boba tea places having many pictures of their foods topoint to, so, I figured this would be a good place to have images instead of menus. Or, do as the sushi restaurants do andpresent displays of the popular items. Whatever the case, more images and pictures please and thank you. Read more
