We went here for a late lunch. I ordered the Asian lettuce wrap tacos off of the light menu. We also have a blackened, salmon,... Caesars or salad but they ran out of romaine lettuce so they use the mixed greens. Everything was prepared. Well. Drinks weregood. Cheesecake is good. I genuinely like the Cheesecake Factory. It offers a very good price quality ratio and I never had a bad dish. Today I had the... Jambalaya Pasta and it was really good, the pasta was a little bit overcooked but the taste of everything was still great. Wealso had the angel hair pasta with shrimp and the salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Everyone liked their food and it wasreally big portions so make sure you come hungry. I always have the nachos here and like Them a lot. We also had spaghetti meatballs, broccoli chicken pasta, shepherds pie and... steak with mashed potatoes. I recommend steak and shepherds pie. Was a little hesitant after seeing the reviews but glad we tried it. Food was good large portions and the waitress Monica was... great. Food came out quick and hot and tons of leftovers! Thought it was a bit pricey at first but after seeing the portionsizes I thought it was fair for the current prices everywhere. They were out of a few items but that was ok we ended up gettingthe Buffalo blasters and those were my favorite of the night. So yummy! Came into this location on a Wednesday evening with a party of 9 and was sat immediately! We got a quiet table in the back which... was nice. The restaurant was surprisingly not that busy and the ambiance was really nice. Dim lighting with nice decor. Ourserver was okay. She was nice and friendly, but that was it. The whole experience was not remarkable or anything the rave about.Honestly this will probably be the last time I visit a Cheesecake Factory. Our drinks were really great. We ordered margaritas,a raspberry lemon drop, and mocktails from the bar. They were the perfect ratio. This was the best part of the visit. The foodwas alright. It did the job. It was like standard chain food restaurant taste. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with buffalosauce, no chipotle aoili or mayo. Of course it can out with no buffalo sauce and aoili/mayo right on the chicken and bread. Theserver took it away after I mentioned it at drop off. She brought it back extremely fast and you could definitely tell they justscraped off the aoili/mayo and drizzled buffalo on top of it. It kind of completely ruined it for me. The Cheesecake Factory was perfect! I loved dining there. It has dim lighting so my husband and I found it more romantic. We... had a reservation at 10pm and we waited less than 5 minutes to be seated. At our table our waitress named Sara was amazing. Shewas friendly and very informative about the menu. She would check up on consistently throughout our dinner to bring us morewater and bread. She was wonderful! The food was delicious, I had the chipotle chicken pasta and my husband had the breadedchicken. For cheesecake I had the pineapple upside down and he had the red velvet, both were amazing. Great cheese cakes ???? like the best in the world. I think they are leaders and they deserve that. Chocolate o mouse is the... best and I love it. Lunch or dining both are good options. Awful. Cheesecake Factory used to be nice - good food and good service. I went for the first time post-covid and I should have... known there was a problem when there was no wait for Sunday brunch. We sat and ordered, but over half an hour later -- still nofood. I asked for the manager and although he was pleasant, he was rushed and impersonal. He kneeled down at the table like hewas talking to a toddler and didn't even introduce himself. His best solution was to hurry our food up. No apologies or anyother compensation. When the food came, it was no good. My son's burger was overcooked (and his beer had gotten warm), my eggsBenedict was like concrete on the bottom, and my son's girlfriend stirred her jambalaya eggs without actually consuming any.Food is too expensive for a lousy experience that takes way too long.
