we were in the Bay Area and wanted some Thai, saw this one had really good reviews so we stopped and we are so glad we did! the... food was soooo flavorful and portion sizes were huge. the staff was super friendly and nice. the location for us was the onlyproblem, really sketchy part of downtown San Jose. after we were finishing up we looked across the street and a homeless guy wasurinating right next to our car .-. If a restaurant gets 5 stars from me... it means alot cuz I don't give anyone slack. Why? No one cuts me any slack. THE FOOD... HERE IS AWESOME! I love almost all the dishes and order to go 2-4 times a week! You can go wrong with chicken Thai basil or thepad Thai noodles for $12 each respectively. Great food. Great service. An unpretentious place, clean, bright, airy, with a simple and complete menu and friendly staff. The food is just right (taste,... smell, color, temperature) and you will receive good portions and very affordable prices. Oh! and you can see the people in thekitchen doing everything from scratch. Bonus point: THE FRESH CANE SUGAR JUICE, you have to try it! (also you see when they aredoing it for you). The place offers very tasty food. The menue item is limited though but, the taste is guaranteed. My personal favorite is Pad... thai. I would recommend to try that for sure. Rest, I am a chicken fan. The curries are tasty for the prices, quantity andquality they offer. Read more
