Like other reviews ignore the sign that says wait to be seated because after standing there for 10 minutes and multiple servers... looking at the line forming behind you someone will eventually tell you its open seating.\nIf you have an hour to kill and wantto order a quick sandwich be prepared to eventually run to catch your flight.\nAfter seating myself I waited a good 10 minutesfor anyone to take my order. Food was quick and came out within 5 minutes but I made the mistake of ordering a drink- that took15 minutes and when I wanted a refill the glass was taken but the refill never came. My server then took the time to mop andsweep on the other side of the place and I finally had to go up to the bar to get my check so I wouldn\'t miss my flight. Totaltime spent here was 72 minutes - and thats not counting the bathroom run as soon as I made it to my gate. Read more

Regardless if you?re coming here to drink, eat or both, the crew here knows how to handle bigger crowds. The bartenders, the... wait staff, and the cooks do what they can under busy circumstances. From my experience, food came out quickly and our waitresswas attentive to our needs. Food hot, filling, and good! Many tables also have outlets so you can plug in while you wait. 4/5stars only because there were some areas that were slightly untidy. Read more

We sat for 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. That was after 15 minutes of other people being served as they sat down... after us. I went to the bar and asked if anyone was working in our area. It turned out that I asked the server who was assignedto our table. It made her mad that we asked and she slow walked us. After 40 minutes and no drinks yet we flagged another serverwho went and spoke to her. We finally got drinks she said she?d check on out food but I watched and she never went anywhere nearthe kitchen. This is an airport where people are trying to catch flights. I?m diabetic and needed to eat something badly. Wefinally got up and left because we had to get to our gate. Read more

Absolute rip off! Seat yourself, scan menu and pay system doesn\'t work. Waitress was the worst ever. Bacon cheese burger tasted... like old plastic, was cold and gave my husband and I a terrible stomach ache later. This is the kinda place that only survivesbecause it\'s the only place to eat close to your gate, although I think it would have been better and faster if we had taken ajourney through the airport. Seriously if you have ANY other choice make it!! Read more

Went with friends on a trip home, I was able to place my drinks order and pay for it without issue the first time without issue,... neither of my friends could get it to work, I placed the order for one of them and the other left. I wasn\'t able to make apayment for my friends order after he received it so we went to our server and paid in cash. Now I have a a charge for my onedrink that I got, and two chargers one for 28 and one for 35 for the one drink that he paid for in cash. Incredibly difficultand overpriced. I am a millennial and I generally enjoy the automated service but not when it\'s built poorly. Not to mentionthere\'s no number for me to call to ask for this to be resolved. Read more
