They had someone with a tablet taking orders in the drive up lane to speed things up. It worked well. But the encheritos ... weren't as good as they used to be. They didn't garnish them with black olives. But at least they were acceptable. Read more

The drive-thru lady at 9/23 10:27 was not very nice. I inconvenienced her by asking for something extra.

I love Taco Bell but screw this location. The zoomer employees were telling people to go to the drive through rather than... ordering at the counter. There was a elderly lady that wanted to order at the counter, the zoomer boy (classic zoomer haircut, shaved sides and curls on top) told her to use the kiosk. She told him she didn't know how and he told her to go to the drivethrough. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Her and I both walked out without ordering. Read more

Does anyone find this new process of having a person stand outside and take your order to be helpful? This is not in and out... with 3 items to order. Cars blocking the intersection and more difficult to order. Please go back to the normal drive throughprocess. Read more

I don't go very often, but I'm usually struck by how quick and efficient the drive-thru is. You pull up to order, and there's... now someone standing there to take it. (Not certain why because they have a menu with a mic, but maybe it has something to dowith COVID or a broken mic.) Anyhow, you give your order and pay, then drive to the window. You get your drink right away andthen, within 2-3 minutes usually, your food is ready to go. And that's that. The workers are friendly and solicitous, and thefood is, well, Taco Bell--i.e., fast food--but I don't suppose anyone who pulls up is expecting gourmet, right? Bottom line, ifyou're in the mood for "Mexican" food the fast-food way, this is a great place to go. (The pictures are of their Supreme Tacos, which come with sour cream, which I'd give 5 stars because they're good, filling, and hit the spot.) Read more
