I don?t like putting bad reviews but this time I just couldn?t stop myself. I always order from this Taco Bell and somehow most... of the times they do mess up my Mexican pizza order. This is the third time I am facing this trouble here. I ordered today likehalf hour back couple burritos, fries and a vegetarian Mexican pizza and they had the beef in vegetarian Mexican pizza. Lastcouple times I had the same issue and I always double check with them to have the vegetarian and even did this time but when Icame home and opened the box to eat it, I see beef in it. This is honestly not right at all. Once to or twice i can understandbut repeating the same mistake over and over again even after got picked up on this is not good. Very bad That happened twice this year! Tonight, about 10:30 pm, I ordered three items about eleven dollars and something,... when I be home, open the bag, find out only two items inside, I called, when someone answered and learned something is missingfrom the order, she just handed up the phone. Simple , fast . No complications . The food is there exactly as you order with all the necessary inside the bag and great amount... of spice sauces of different intensities and flavors and a water fountain with refreshing cold drinks and don?t forget also isthe option of healthy teas , sweet and unsweetened . The quality of this Taco Bell is pretty average. They have an employee who stands in the drive-thru line who takes your order... in person. This is a huge issue for me. For starters, you can't see the full menu from where the order taker stands, just asimplified version. Secondly, I'm a very courteous person, so having someone staring at me while I decide what to order based ona tiny menu puts me in full panic mode and makes me order quickly. I've regretted every order I've made at the drive-thru ordertaker. I now have to order through the app, then walk in to pick it up. Read more
The taco bell near me as the worst service yet, I'm so sick of ordering from there. About 95% of the time, they either give us... the wrong thing, or don't give it to us at all. While ordering, we always tell them to make sure nothing is missing or incorrectin the order. We paid for things that we never received, it's ridiculous. And it doesn't help that when you call the location,you only get the dial tone. In case they answer, either they refuse or tell you to come back and get it. Who will drive all theway back to get missing items. So annoyed. Read more
Maybe 3.5 is more appropriate :/ Lobby: it was hard to find a table that wasn?t stained with their beef or just plain wrappers... left on the table. I normally wouldn?t care but there three employees just talking and laughing, it takes a minute to wipetables down. Food: Pretty good even if shafted on the meat. Not sloppy and decently flavored. I wouldn?t spend the money ontheir steak. Lacks flavor and not hot. Service: they seem like they?re having fun even if yelling from the lobby to kitchen inEnglish and Hindi. Read more
Very very slow when it comes to get in the food out. I was under the impression that Taco Bell was a variety of fast food but... not at this particular outlet. I've come here more than a few times and it's always the same. Read more
