The lady who was making my subwich didn't toast my bread properly. She was in a rush to complete my order without listening to... what I wanted, instead she made what she wanted. Extremely disappointed ???? Read more

The owner of this establishment charges his own prices and upcharges for double meat. If you ask him why, he says it's normal... everywhere but points to a "Local Favorites" sign that has his own prices on it. Checking with other subways, you'll find heovercharged you by charging for the most expensive meat sub + most expensive meat add on. Explanation: if you got a turkeyfootlong (8.49) and added on rotisserie chicken (2.50) you end up paying for a rotisserie footlong (10.25) and an add on ofrotisserie chicken (3.00) much more per sub. I paid $35 for two subs and a large drink. The workers are very nice, but theowner has inflated his prices with a small sign with his own prices. Read more

One of the worst experience with them. They doesn't give what we need and doesn't follow our instructions. I have to end up... eating what I don't need to. Just trashed it. Staff has been worst, have visited multiple times and everytime I received theworst service. WORST OUTLET! Read more

The lady who was making my subway didn't change her gloves herself. I requested her to toast my sandwich in the last, but she... denied. There were no caps on sauces. There is no way to identify them. She didn't listen me what I want. She made what shewanted. Highly Dissapointed. Very Bad Experience. ???????????????? Read more

I ordered a foot-long with Tuna. I asked her to put 1 scoop less as usually the scoops are pretty loaded so the Tuna kind of... slides out when you take a bite. This woman was literally playing with the scoops so she could get the least amount in each. Oneof her scoop was equal to less than half of a regular. I was baffled. Once she put 3 scoops, I asked her to put one more and shegave me this look as if I asked something completely out of the world. "But you asked for one less," she said giving me thatlook. "Yes but you already put too less," I said. Seriously? And then when I was asked which sauces I would like, literally allthe sauce bottles were upside down and I couldn't see any name. I remembered Siriracha which I usually get so I asked for it andthen I told him I can;t see names of the sauces. He didn't understand me. I repeated 2-3 times and he didn't get it. So I justrandomly pointed at one. What is happening at this place? I am not getting my sandwiches for free then why so much arrogance? Read more

They're really serious about cost-cutting at this location. Not a knock against Subway, but this location is sure tarnishing... your image. This is definitely bottom-tier among Subway locations - and I used to eat a lot of these. The only thing that was upto spec was the loaf of bread. They did not fully load the scoop for meat, almost put 3 slices of cheese instead of 4, and whenI asked for all the vegetables, i had to request extra of at least 4 items. Here's a few Highlights: There were 7 or socrescents of red onion, and when i asked for extra, I got exactly 2 more. The same can be said for the olives, which are usuallytoo numerous to bother counting but I was able to - at a glance - determine that there were exactly 8 rings, before I asked formore and received around 5, before two of them rolled off. There were only 4 rings of banana peppers, and at that point I wasannoyed enough that I didn't even bother requesting more since I'd rather just leave the uncomfortable interaction. I'd beenrequesting extra of each item for the last few minutes, and it was clear that the assembler was none too fond of myrequests. I'd like to have said that this location was decent, since it's the closest one to the new office, but the reality isit just doesn't deserve my dollar. Come on guys, I know you can do better. The staff was really rude when i wanted my cheese toasted but not the meat, and she gave me the tiniest slices of tomato, about... size of a quarter, she spent a while to pick those (and only 4 slices for a footlong). The manager was at the cashier so i askedwhether that staff is new so she was so rude, the manager defensed his employee with a face without even looking at me,explained that because i said no meat ( before toast) and then asked for meat so she need to do twice the work. So it was myfault that the staff didn?t understand my order (she heat the meat anyway with microwave while i tried to stop her) and ideserved the rude faces ? I come to this plaza for my dentist and banking. I like subway as its healthy and fast, but willnever come to this location again and i?ll warn my colleagues and friends as well. Read more
