One of the staff, the tallest lady among the 3, insulted and embarrassed me in the presence of many other customers. It got to a... point she was asking me if I didn?t go to school at all. The camera should be play back to see her rude behavior. Friday08/12/22 @ about 12:40pm. She has zero customer relation and not fit to be at the counter It could even be a case of racism Read more

Went in with my wife to order some sandwiches for the family, they proceeded to tell me there was no customizing the sandwiches... on the numbered menu, that I chose one type of bread when I clearly said another, and that the type of meat on a sandwich I havebeen ordering for over 15 years was wrong. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Horrible service. Read more

I started wondering why I always travel to the Subway near Good Samaritan instead of visiting this Subway directly across the... street from my place of employment and I was quickly reminded. This location is STINGING on produce. The pepperchini and spinachwas sparse and I had to request more of both items..... Read more

Always fresh, very nice people working there. And they always get my order just right.

The women that work there make the sandwiches right, but I'm sure they are shown how to by Sunway management. The issue is it... takes so long for them to get off their phones and help you. Walked in today and all 3 where in the back on their phones. Had towave to one of them down to get their attention and they continued to laugh at whatever was funny on their phones, only oneperson got up to make sandwiches when more people where already getting in line behind me. I know phones rule our lives, whatever, but professionalism even in fast food should be required. Read more

I ordered on-line, the deal was purchase a foot long and get a free bag of chips. I even showed the ladies. They refused to give... me my chips. One woman wan't even wearing gloves. I understand people try to get things, but it was black and white on my phone.I get it, the customer isn't always right, however, this time I was. It was a bag of chips, Subway, how much did you reallylose out? Then these woman want to speak under their breath in Spanish, not cool. Very unprofessional SUBWAY!! Read more

Very bad! I will never go there again. I eat at Subway's across the State of California and NEVER once has ANYBODY ever told me... that I could NOT have a side of pepperoncinis. I like to eat them with my chips and I am WILLING to pay extra! What's the deal?I know all Subway's are independently owned but it is still a franchise that sells a consumable product for a profit. Maybe I amwrong but I sort of thought that they WANTED me to buy stuff at their store. This employee (I'm sure she was NOT the owner), wasnot only unskilled with the English language but not very welcoming at all. She was one of those kind of people that had to sayNO to everyone. When I asked for pepperoncinis on the side with my sandwich she said she couldn't. At least that's what I thinkshe said cuz I couldn't really understand her broken English. then she said she would do it this time but never again and that'sone thing she was right about because I'll never go back.
