Lady got irritated with me because I wanted the bacon crisped instead of cold and limpy... Really? It's literally called heat... and serve bacon and the menu describes it as crispy. Get over yourself. If you're going to show up to work then do the work. Read more
Used to be 5 star rating, now down to 3 after ordering a footlong on whole wheat that seemed like day-old bread: Dry, cracked,... disgusting. No thanks, there's plenty of other sandwich restaurants nearby. Read more
Footlong BMT, u toasted, white bread, extra lettuce and onions. That's my sandwich and I'm sticking to it. For fast food, at... least it's consistent.... pretty much the same sandwich, regardless of location. I'd venture to say it's good fast food. I'dwouldn't make a habit of it though. Read more
I have used this store a number of times, especially since they seem to be open a bit later than others nearby, and have been... okay with the orders. However, today, I ordered online and now wish I had not. There were hardly any toppings on eithersandwich, and one was a veggie. I went back in and asked for at least a little more lettuce since that's the whole point of aveggie sandwich, is the veggies! Just a few strands of lettuce sprinkled on the foot long. My daughter's chicken breast sandwichhad only a little lettuce, and just a few slices of green pepper. The toppings are the reason I come to Subway. May start goingto the other stores again. Food is poor quality, staff whom are usually the owners are misers that will weigh count or measure everything for maximum... profit margin. If you ask politely for anything extra they are happy to charge you more (1.00 extra for a slice of processedcheese I wouldnt feed my dog) they will scowl at you if you ask for more of their ranch or any other dressings as if you'reasking for more free Petroussian Caviar (roughly $250.00 per oz.) ???????????? My kids just got back from riding their bikes to get lunch from Subway. The girl behind the counter was rude, did not get the... order right, and kept sighing after every request. Last time we are going to this Subway! Usually have excellent workers behindthe counter....not this time! Customer service is a big deal and either brings people back or turns them away. Read more
Ordered the Pastrami, literally the worst I've ever experienced. Knew Subway quality wasn't going to be great but this Pastrami... was atrocious. No reflection on the service or the person making the sandwich, she was very friendly and nice. Highly recommendremoving this meat from the menu. Nearly "lost my lunch" while eating this.
