Had an experience with an (possibly new?) employee who had trouble speaking up or giving any sort of eye contact to engage with... the customer to complete an order...but the situation was remedied by a professional manager who more than made up for theawkward beginning. Read more

There's at least 2 other Subway restaurants near this one, but this is open the latest. The service is good, although there's no... restroom available on site. Therefore it is best to come to this location for take-out orders. Read more

I did my first order at my work computer. the website froze and never confirmed my order. So i gave in and installed the app.... The worker called me to say that I double ordered and cancelled one of the orders when I called back. I was very grateful forworkers consideration. Thank you! Read more

Awful! I went in and made sure that they knew that I had a coupon for two foot longs, since they don't speak English very well I... guess she didn't understand that I wanted two sandwiches on the coupon. We went through the whole process of making mysandwiches and when we got to the end the other lady said this sandwich is not included, like wth? I told you I wanted to use acoupon why would you continue to make a sandwich when you know I want to use a coupon?! So both sandwiches went to waste becauseof a communication problem. F this Subway, don't come here EVER go to a different Subway!!!!! Read more

ordered my food on the website arrived about 25 minutes later and my food wasn't made because they ran out of bread. What is the... point to including a phone number if they won't call to say they are unable to make your order and they wait until after theycharge your card and you drive there to say sorry come back tomorrow. Ordered through doordash and they decided to just make me what they wanted because they didn't have what I ordered. When I... called them to tell them my order was wrong the guy on the phone said well that's what they had. It says on my order if theydidn't have what I ordered for them to call me. Now I don't know how that process works if they have to call doordash to say"hey we don't have what the person ordered can you call them and tell us what replacement they want" or if they contact medirectly. Regardless there was 0 contact to anyone to say we don't have what you ordered. The guy on the phone said I need tojust call doordash to take care of it. Mind you this is a Sunday evening...completely unsatisfied customer!! Read more

The owners of this subway are really nice and seem to care about their store and their customers. Otherwise it's a pretty... standard subway. I'd give it 5 stars but it's pretty small so not a whole lot of seating but fortunately I've never had anissue. Pro tip: park in the lot where the goodwill is next door, way more parking and easier to get in and out of Read more
