Bad customer service from the man who works there. This is the second time I have ordered here and the same person. He was rude... to me and my mother. This place use to be good but lately it's been horrible. A few weeks ago the guy making my sandwich pulled it out of the... toaster and then drops on the floor.. he salvaged half of it and tried to give me half of it and make another half. Today sameguy drops the knife that they slice the bread with and he left on the floor. I really doubt he will wash it. The airconditioning system is always turned off on hot days. I've been in there when its 90 degrees outside and feels the same if nothotter in there. I asked me of the workers why it's was so hot in there and he said the owner was wouldn't let them turn iton.
