This store doesn?t even deserve one star. I ordered a veggie delite sandwich and you would expect it to be veggies and bread but... i only receive bread with couple of leaves and strands of veggies. Even after insisting for more veggies, they will give youmaybe 1-2 more leaves of spinach. I had no other lunch so I ended up eating the bread still to keep me going. Read more
Extremely rude encounter this evening. My son went into this Blossom Hill location 7 minutes before closing. Open sign was still... lit, the front door was not locked and there was one customer inside being helped. My son was told while he had waited in linefor at least two minutes, that they were closed and couldn?t order. I decided to go in once my son came back and told me whathappened and was rudely told they were closed. I expressed to the worker that closing is noted on the sign as 7pm and it was6:57 as I held my phone up for the time. He again rudely replied that by the time he was done with the current customer it wouldbe 7pm. This worker whom I asked his name and he gave as Nelson was rude and would not serve us even while the establishment wasstill open. I expressed I would make a complaint and he replied with attitude and using a curse word! So very unprofessional!!Also It?s a Friday evening and was almost 10 minutes before closing. No reason why my son couldn?t be helped. Very disappointedwith how we were spoken to with his tone and use of foul language while replying to me directly. The lady there is misogynistic AND instead of helping me next when no one else was in the store, she decides to wash her hands... for two minutes when all I wanted was to ask her about my order then buy a cookie. Sandwiches are good and fresh. Bread baked fresh every day. Better than Togo's in my opinion. Lots more to chose from to put on... sandwich. Love getting it toasted. Roast beef on sourdough is great. Read more
I am quite sad that I cannot give this 0 stars. Yesterday evening I ordered a Chipotle steak and cheese wrap. Not only did I get... miserable amount of meat (it barely counted as a single portion, definitely not the double size that I was supposed to get forwrap,) but also I received basically zero cheese. The employee put cheese on the bottom on paper, and it obviously melted andalmost nothing was transfered to the wrap. So it was steak and cheese wrap with barely any steak and almost zero cheese. Sad.Not to mention I did not receive the guacamole that's included with southwest Chipotle wrap. No my fav guac, now that's low.Stay away, the next close subway is just a block away. Read more
