BUYER BEWARE. if you are like me and like parmesan cheese on your sub, THEY CHARGE EXTRA FOR THAT. no other subway does that.... and i know that it isn't a fluke because they have done this to me 3 times. last time i even told "i only want parmesan cheeseif it doesn't cost extra" they then put it on anyway and charged me for it. The person helping me never asked if there was anything else I wanted and I was rushed along the line before I could say I... needed two more sandwiches. I was able to get in a word and order the second. When it came time to order my third and lastsandwich I was told, "You have to tell us how many you want. I have a line of people." After hearing that I was almost ready towalk out and leave my order! I told her forget about the last sandwich...which was actually for myself!!! I was very patientand understanding up until that point. There wasn't even a line of people until I was halfway done ordering anyway! Therewere also two associates making sandwiches, so I can't rationalize this person's emphasis on having a line of people. Its allminor, to be sure, but I've always walked into a subway knowing what I'm getting and knowing how the staff will facilitate thatorder. My experience today was different and it caused a small issue that could have been avoided. I'll be fine. Life goes on.But I never got the sandwich I wanted, lost my appetite, and still havent eaten. We went this morning and the location was easy to find. The dining area, chip racks and prep area were both clean and... organized. The veggies looked fresh, the sandwiches were tasty and the lady that took our order had great customer serviceskills. I would definitely come back again. Thank you Read more
The Subway location owner is selective on what coupons to accept or decline. Declining coupons puts the Subway employees in the... cross hairs of displeased customers. I will no longer support this franchise location even though I have frequent thisestablishment the last decade. Read more
I've been a fan of Subway sandwiches since they opened in the bay area ages ago. I can't pass up the cold cut combo foot long... special at $5. I get 2 meals out of one of these. They're made to order with choice of bread and fixings, plain or toasted, withor without dressing, and salt & pepper. Read more
