Disappoint you literally waited 5 minutes just to Place an order.. Finally was able to place the order and waited another 10... minutes for them to make 2 wrong drinks. They had to remake the drinks and forgot to put chocolate and caramel sauce up top. Read more

Compared to other STARBUCKS this location doesn't even come close. Even if there is not a line they have an excessive wait time... which is unexceptable. For some reason they are always out of something everytime I visit this location. I dont understand whytheir inventory is not being managed correctly. Another problem this location has is not being able to scan and redeem my pointsbecause they dont have a scanner. Francise or not they need to follow all starbuck guidelines. Last but not lease please have afull staff at all times with a leader that can deligate as well as perform in a timely manner. Clean, fast, and nice. Orders don't take long and the workers are polite. Not many people there, no sitting since Covid-19 which... makes sense. If you're aiming to pick up a drink quick I suggest going there while shopping at Target. Read more
