I enjoy the service & how prompt they are with making drinks. I come here pretty often, not everyday but at least once or twice... a week. I noticed they let people cut the line, that made me furious ???? ????; of course 1 employee caught how hot I got afterwaiting in line to be cut & for the employees to be okay w/ that. I get it, you have your daily regulars but don't ruin it forthe rest of us by letting ppl cut just because you know what your regulars want already. (Was not a pickup ordereither). Overall, am still happy with the service & usually everything goes well w/ my drinks & food orders unless it's a newemployees but that is to be expected. I remember my 1st day at a new job. Alfonzo is so nice and always very welcoming to all customers. Constantly checks on guests and makes it vital to end each... transaction with great customer service. Excellent customer service. Loved the treatment from staff. Store is clean and in prime area. My Cappuccino is not upto... the par. It's very milky. Tasted like latte. Dragon fruit drink was good. My kiddo loved it. Read more

They don't clean the bathrooms. Restroom wreaked of urine, and all toilets and urinals in both bathrooms are stained.
