Great service and they made my drink just the way I like it
Never can go wrong with a great cup of coffee to get you moving..
Today I ordered a London fog and asked for only 1 tea bag. The cashier didn't listen and sent my order through. I then get my... drink and asked for my 2nd tea bag and the barista was uptight and rude. She asked me what I was talking about and tried to makeit look like I was at fault,she took it personally. I then said I told the cashier. The cashier said oh my bad.. No apology andcarried on. The barista reached into my cup and took the 2nd bag out and gave me my drink again. I said I need my other bag andmy drink to be remade. She was all upset telling me that it was ok and that it only had 1 tea bag. The issue is that I can'thave alot of caffeine and that she already made it strong. She was classless and was rude from beginning to end. I then askedher to re make my drinks I then said forget it. I told her I wanted a refund. The supervisor gave me one no apologies for theway they speak to customers.. Let alone don't care about they way the order has been taken. Also they use fake names... I calledthe corporate office and reported that they must be rude to other people or people who question about their order. It's quitedisappointing to invite friends for coffee and to get treated rudely. Also I could hear and see them talking about me as Iwaited for my guest. A male came out and said yeah that was rude of them and that they are still telling the other customersabout the situation inside. Not only that they called a staff member from LV spa to come over and see if we were outside to comeand see what we were chatting about. The immaturity level... I hope they make change here at this location because they treatgood people bad. I don't recommend this location! Especially if they have staff that don't care about customers. Dirty. Staff doesn?t clean the edges of the floors or windows. Kinda gross to sit at the tables.
This Starbucks located on Meridian Avenue and Willow Street in San Jose is one of the smaller stores. Parking is usually pretty... tight in the small strip mall where it is located. Not only are limited parking spaces available, if you drive an SUV, truck orlarger vehicle, there is less than ideal space to maneuver in and out of the limited spaces available. Seems like this Starbucksis designed mainly a store that serves the neighborhood clientele who walk or bike to get their caffeine fix on. Service isconsistently courteous and the place is kept comparatively tidy. Read more
I go to Starbucks every day for their good customer service, but I was so disappointed today that 5 of them inside and none of... them wants to serve me and when some one came behind me they all great them and try to serve before me, which I decided not to come to that store no more. I experience this in that store for the second time today. Most of the morning girls are the oncethey mistreat people. The two guys they work in the afternoon the skiny white guy(I believe he is a manager) and the black guytreated me nicely every time I went there though. Read more
Visited this Starbucks location in afternoon. It was not crowded and was able to get my drink in 5 mins. The Frappuccino drink... was pretty good and the server answered all my questions. They have lot of seating options too. I would definitely recommendthis place if you want to hang out with friends or just chill. Read more
Stopped in this morning @6:45am asked for a cold brew. They gave it to me without ice :/ cold brew is supposed to be cold. I... find it silly I had to ask for ice. Read more
