I placed a mobile order and was told my coffee would be ready by 8:08am, I get there about 8:15am only to find out that they are... backed up or behind by an hour and half and I'm hearing this from a customer. The staff are telling the customers that they willcall out the drinks as the customers are asking about their orders only for them to not call out the drinks. There are a lot ofdrinks sitting there and the staff is not calling them out at all. I wait about 30 minutes and still nothing. I finally decideto ask for a refund from the staff and was told I needed to go the cashier to have that done. The cashier line is back up to thefront door. This takes an additional 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, I'm leaving the store with no coffee and so far no refund. Read more
Waited more than 20 minutes for the mushroom egg bite I ordered with my small coffee to go. Finished my coffee waiting and... departed after 25 minutes without egg bites. Read more
The employees are sweet and welcoming. The food and drinks were amazing!! Definitely coming back
Quick service. The place is spacious and clean. Plenty of parking outside. Inside and outside seating.
There are 7 people working here with maybe 50% customer capacity but no one to man the counter. I walked in to order and waited... for 10 min where no one even bothered to tell me it will take time or sorry for the delay. Not a good Starbucks experience. Read more
Wonderful coffee and teas made to order, outlets, fast free wifi, and just a hop & skip from the lightrail station. Also within... walking distance of a Taco Bell and McDonald's-- for those that think Starbucks gourmet foods are just a lil pricey. ???? I'm here at 4:58am and the girl with the pink hair says "sorry we open at 5am. the times are posted on the window. apparently... she didn't read them because the time on the window says 4:30. I wait for 5 minutes and then they tell me they don't open until5:30am. I'd appreciate if they were just honest and said that they got there late and weren't ready but instead the girl justkept making up new times. this is the first time I've ever had a bad experience at Starbucks.
